Paired Reading

First Class and Sixth Class

Ms. Falconer’s First Class boys have been lucky enough to have some help from Ms. Keane’s Sixth Class boys with our reading. Each week, we find a partner from Ms. Keane’s class and we read with them. We read a book to the older boys, who help us when we find a word difficult. They also ask us questions about what we are reading, to make sure we understand the book. We were lucky enough to get to read outside when we had nice weather too! This is one of our favourite things we do each week. Thank you to Ms. Keane and her Sixth Class boys for all of their help and support with our reading this year!
